Just an ordinary day at the Swedish Transport Administration. Another mediocre, hopeful candidate taking the driving test. It’s going to be a long day. Markus Johansson’s Swedish dramedy skilfully balances tension and dark humour while revealing all the absurdity of bureaucracy.
