A high-school boy, Cameron, cannot date Bianca until her anti-social older sister, Kat, has a boyfriend. So, Cameron pays a mysterious boy, Patrick, to charm Kat.
Kat Stratford is pretty, smart, and quite harsh with her peers, and has nothing but contempt for boys. This wouldn't be a problem if there wasn't a rule in their household that Kata's younger sister Bianca can't start dating guys until her older sister finds a boyfriend. Kat will soon become the subject of a romantic plot involving hot new student Patrick.
