A 19-year-old Anthony Bourdain travels to Provincetown and stumbles into the chaotic world of a restaurant kitchen, setting off a summer that will shape the course of his life.

Tony is a biographical film about Anthony Bourdain, one of the world’s best-known chefs. The film draws on Bourdain’s memoir Kitchen Confidential, in which he introduced readers to the kitchens of some of the world’s most renowned restaurants through a series of witty anecdotes. Matt Johnson’s film retains Bourdain’s sharp wit and irreverent attitude towards his profession. Bourdain is portrayed by Dominic Sessa (The Holdovers, 2023), while the supporting cast includes Emilia Jones and Antonio Banderas.
